Departments

SNA operates eight specialised production departments, each equipped with dedicated machinery and staffed by highly qualified personnel. This multi-department structure allows any type of intervention to be handled with complete operational autonomy.

• Paint Department — Professional 300 m² spray booth with 12 m internal clearance, temperature and humidity control, antifouling, epoxy primer and cosmetic finishes on any material.
• Joinery Department — Full woodworking capability: cutting, planing, finishing and fitting of naval joinery. Specialists in construction and restoration of yacht interiors.
• Metal Fabrication and Welding — MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode welding on steel, aluminium and special alloys, within a dedicated welding booth. RINA and Bureau Veritas certified welders available.
• Mechanical and Marine Engineering — Inboard and outboard engine maintenance and overhaul, shaft alignment, propeller balancing, advanced diagnostics on all major brands.
• Electrical and Electronic Systems — Installation and overhaul of electrical systems, navigation instruments, on-board electronics and automation.
• Hydraulic and Oleodynamic Systems — Design and maintenance of hydraulic circuits, hydraulic steering, stabilisers and oleodynamic systems.
• Lamination and Composites — Structural repair of GRP, carbon fibre and composite hulls under certified quality protocols.
• Refit and Interior Outfitting — Full coordination of total or partial refit projects on vessels of any size.
