Refitting

A full refit is the most complex project a shipyard can undertake. SNA is structured to manage total or partial refit operations on vessels of any size, coordinating all departments and specialised subcontractors within a single order managed according to project management principles.

One of SNA’s principal advantages is the ability to activate multiple departments in parallel on the same vessel: while the paint department works on deck, joinery and mechanical teams operate on board simultaneously — significantly reducing yard lay-up time.
